Practice is mandatory. Missed practice will result in extra running. Practices will be harder, the girls will be tired, sore and hurt a little. It’s part of the process. If they miss thinking they need a break it will only be harder the next day.

Practice uniforms are mandatory. Fail to wear the correct uniform will result in extra running.

Please have your daughter use the restroom before practice. We have too many girls using a restroom break to avoid the workout. Restroom breaks will result in extra running.

WE WILL BE BETTER! I demand it. But it will take work, commitment and consistency.
